I have been working here for quite some time now and must say that the new ownership and management have made miraculous changes in the culture. Every decision taken at the agency keeps the employees well being and growth at the fore-front. I have learned a tremendous amount at this boutique agency and have honed in on growing skill sets. In addition formalized performance reviews, town hall forums, mentorship, and upper management open door policies, cross functional learnings, all have contributed to my professional and personal growth. In addition, the fun new look for the office, free lunches for employees, unlimited snacks, etc make it an enjoyable place to work and share ideas. Work life balance is also highly encouraged here.

Company is going through a high growth phase which will also result in accelerated hiring in the next 6 months. I hope the company can retain the positive, smart, fun, and non-bureaucratic culture once the employee counts jumps up dramatically. From what it seems the plans are in place to keep it so.
