The people are talented, supportive, and enjoyable to work with. Collaboration is one of the company’s strengths, and there have been some great clients over the years. Employees who consistently perform well are recognized through programs like President’s Club and possibly stronger job security.

Frequent layoffs and furloughs over the last year created a stressful environment and uncertainty around job stability. Although benefits were maintained during furloughs, many employees would likely have preferred severance or at least some support.
