Overall a great company to work for.

You get to learn a lot of different things during the bootcamp and it's remote.

It's one of the worst companies I ever worked for. Content that should take over 2 months to learn has to be done within a month. You will make over 80 submissions and they will fire you because of the 80, 2 were not upto standard. They have a contact clause where they don't pay you if you don't finish the bootcamp, but what they don't tell you is, they will wait until 1 day before you finish the bootcamp to avoid paying you. They provide feedback during these submissions, but they are rude and make sure you know your place, which is being a yes man. When you challenge they words used, they fire you because they don't want someone who can talk back or ask for mutual respect. Infact, they say irrespective of how the executive speaks to you, you are to remain silent and respectful. There is no warning before being fired, infact the opposite is true. Expect to be overworked and underpaid. They want a graphic designer, a data analysist, executive assistant, AI expert, automation expert and many more things with the salary of an underpaid assistant.
