lots of $ and time put into social life (summer parties, holiday parties, weekly socials) which contribute to morale. Fun people to work with. Also good pay compared to other firms.

Absolutely unable to run a firm, incredibly disorganized, they throw their employees into shark infested waters and expect them to be client facing and to get it right. Zero support, zero (negative) mentorships. You are set out to fail.
