Pros
It's a really large agency where you can get exposure you wouldn't get elsewhere. Office closed between Xmas and New Years Day. Some cool projects and initiatives with globally known clients. Everything is very dependent on what team you're on, and who your manager is.

No place is perfect and I've worked in multiple agencies before and know the needs, but RAPP was a terrible experience (particularly due to a poor people manager) There was no work/life balance. There was no collaborative environment (just fear and being talked at, not with) Communication would consistently be nothing short of toxic and would shock seasoned gaslighters. I found myself turning into a defensive person I didn't like, because the environment cultivated by my manager was 'guilty until proven innocent'. While I knew I was doing great work I kept second guessing myself and lost confidence in a craft I know I'm good at with years of successful experience. When people tried to escalate issues, it was met with smiles and assurances but then was retaliated against in some way. I'm glad other people seem to like working at RAPP, as I see the potential, but there are some serious gaps Leadership refuses to even acknowledge. Other reviews imply Leadership talks a big talk but doesn't follow through so a revolving door is created.
