Pros
I had a great experience at RAPP. Super creative place to work and a lot of smart people. Managers were generous with promotions and lots of fun company culture things to do.
Kontras
When you have a lot of super smart people under one roof there is bound to be some conflict. Add late hours with pitch work, etc. and things could get nuts at times- but I imagine that's true of most agencies...

RAPP is a great place to work, with a supportive and exceptional team. The people genuinely care about helping one another succeed, and collaboration is encouraged across the organization.
