Pros
After a not so great previous CEO, a lot is definitely being done to improve RAPP with a better leadership and senior team, push for better clients and focus on people and better creative work. People and general culture in the London office is great, big egos are not tolerated and everyone is generally friendly and welcoming.

Promotions in some departments are not great and take years. Some client work can be boring and repetitive and there's no push day-to-day to change this
