1yWe have not had a “Support Engineer” position, ever. The title is Support Desk Technician and it is an entry level position.
The efficacy of internal communication protocols can always be improved, but also relies on the abilities of employees to communicate effectively. We do our best to coach employees on the spectrum, with personal communication challenges. but as a small company must outsource trainings on bias, sexual harassment, management and other.
Also as a technology company we are constantly testing different technologies in our own environment in order to offer the most effective tools for clients. It does create changes from time to time, to fully recreate an immersive experience internally to evaluate, train and deploy or adjust communication technologies . We invite this and all employees to speak with us directly about any resources or information we could have provided to ensure a more cohesive internal communication structure.
