Pros

Great advocates for disability community ROWE Culture

Kontras

They have an extremely high turnover. They are the common denominator on why they cannot keep employees. They do not treat their employees well enough to keep them. Nice on the outside, rotten on the inside.

Pros

RAMP offers a variety of careers, flexible hours, excellent supervisors and staff and a history of helping those in most need, I feel very fortunate to work here.

Pros

The company offers a ROWE schedule, which allows me to be flexible with my time, go to appointments, etc. without having to take time off, as well as just take a break when I need one. The staff are very understanding and helpful and I feel welcome at work.
