Pros
1.) When injured on the job, they will cover the expenses of your injury and/or provide you with an already payed expert specifically for the injury involved (e.g. a Physical Therapist for a back injury).
2.) Sometimes, they occasionally allow you to bring home company products (e.g. Improperly packaged ice-cream, etc.) due to the products not always being up-to-par with the "premium quality" food quality the company advertises.
3.) It is a great place to work at the lower levels -- in my opinion at least -- due to the amount of pay their minimum is: A good $2.50 more compared to McDonalds, Taco Bell, or KFC in Contra Costa County, California.
4.) For a sixteen year-old, this company would be a place to consider looking for work at during the summer, due to them naturally needing more help to dish out the massive amounts of ice-cream and other foods they create. Plus, their minimum pay is a nice thing to know of too, it being somewhat high.
Kontras
Sometimes, the work and hours can be a bit grueling at times. And, also, unless you have a proper, high position at Ramar International, you may not want to stay for very long -- unless you're comfortable with doing perhaps the same thing every year for the next forever. And, although it's possible to move up in position in the company, as it is in every company, it will take awhile if you start at near the bottom.
