Vacation time is easy to accumulate, although not much is given, and is easy to use. Family oriented. If you need time off for family emergencies, they are very understanding. Overtime is a regular thing, so it is easy to boost your paycheck.

Managers are "yes-men" to satisfy CEO. Things go on within this company that do not meet their contract standards and requirements, forcing employees to compromise their ethics repeatedly. Certain managers are nothing but figureheads-their employees literally do all of their work except for attend management meetings. Certain employees are catered to, and if you upset these employees in any way, they will endanger your jobs.
