Usually it's the people in the teams that are great, and the lifechanging-for-society work that used to be achieved prior to new leadership

Workplace intimidation was rife, management not interested in hearing about issues or how they could be fixed, speak up and you're out, people were just gone and they would act like nothing happened. Championing mental health publicly, but not caring about their staff behind the scenes. Expertise and expert opinions on topics blatantly ignored, hampering any ability to actually do work by the end, which in turn made it look like you didn't achieve anything
