People is nice, some key people are pushing the company forward.

Structure is not only hierarchical and despot but also heavily based on personal and family/relatives relationships (wirepulling). There is no group consciousness, nor career opportunities for most of the staff. Conditions have gone worse and worse over the last 20 years, with people working more hours for less wage (multiple pay scales for the same roles).
