The team are fantastic and supportive and there is a 'tab' put on in the cafe every few weeks so you can pick up a drink and a snack to keep you going

The expectations are way too high. The marking structure when they listen in to calls covers too much and too many marks are deducted for small things. Very few people pass probation at the 6 month mark for two reasons: A lot of people have already left before they even reach 6 months The expectations and the marking structure If you are always extending probation, it should reach a point of wondering why that is rather than management falling back on "it was even harder when I was on the phones"
