Learning how to sell like this and excelling at it gives extreme job satisfaction aswell as giving you important skills for how to sell in any role you may ever go into. If you have the tenacity and the track record, you will be rewarded by consistent monthly bonuses and opportunities to progress.

Quite a high staff turnover, they are after exceptional service and exceptional standards. Prospect sales and retention agents without a strong disposition and a experienced sales record my struggle to keep up with the KPIs. I would say the RAC is more focused on getting already exceptional talent than developing inexperienced prospectful talent. Not sure if I consider it a Con more than an observation.
