Supportive team but stressful environment with little guidance - Legal Advisor bei RAC: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Stressful work, felt out of my depth and little support from management - very much a sink or swim job. Toilet breaks monitored and told if if you take too long which I found uncomfortable. Overall not great management.
