Owner of startup is very good, he tries the best to act very professionally and that's something you will not find in other startups.

Work life balance is not there, poor management. Salary is not that great but for freshers its a good start, no point of asking for hikes if you are unsatisfied. Several hours of overtime work to be done, weekend meetings sometimes, no payment for these hours. Leave policies are for namesake.
