The team and individuals that are hired are driven and excellent to work with.

Long hours, disengagement of senior leadership, lack of understanding of the work that needs to be done to get to the end result. While it's great that the employees are young - this is a disservice to the clients as these individuals don't have the experience needed to be successful (often delivering the wrong message).
