Throughout my two years with R&D Incentives Group (“RDIG”), I have developed the necessary skills to become a better colleague, family person, and role model to my peers at the office and within the classroom. With the Company’s full support, I was able to fulfill my objective to obtain a master’s degree and work full-time – establishing the ideal “work-life balance.” With key personnel exemplifying leadership qualities, RDIG strives to provide optimal mentorship and the key tools to become substantial contributors to others around you. Additionally, the belief system, coupled with genuine humility, offered from my peers has inspired me to go beyond what my own mind could grasp. These traits have ultimately created the ideal “family-oriented” culture that many call a second home.
