If this is about management or leadership, there really is nothing good to say. They’re abusive and got the worst attitude over employees! They think they’re better than us just because of their position in the company and they make more money, but they’re awful human beings! However, I’m not giving this company a 1-star rating because I cared about my colleagues and they were really good to me.

Horrible work culture. Managers are abusive and toxic! After they force you into working long hours, you get nothing in return!!! They promised us pay raises and promotions but these are lies to mislead us and make us do what they wanted us to do! They can’t be trusted and no matter how good their promises sound, believe me, it’s fake! When you’re done trusting them and they can’t convince you with their lies anymore, they will start threatening you and use their authority to fear them! This is unethical leadership and they shouldn’t be running the company! They easily disregard employees that they couldn’t fool anymore, replace them with new ones, and the employees turnover keeps increasing!
