The work environment was initially great, but over time the management style became difficult to work with, which ultimately influenced my decision to resign. There were recurring issues with task delegation, communication expectations, and workload assignment. Team members were often expected to respond to messages immediately, even when it was clear that they were occupied with work, which created unnecessary pressure. Additionally, sensitive concerns were sometimes shared indirectly rather than being addressed in an appropriate and professional manner. These factors resulted in increased stress and unrealistic expectations, making the work environment less healthy and supportive.
