Even with its small size, the leadership makes it a mission to help foster professional growth in all employees by hosting regular training sessions (industry training, technical training, and professional training) 4. New Ideas are welcome if they make the current method of working more efficient.

If you're not comfortable with steep learning curves and rapid growth, this might not be the ideal environment for you. However, for those who thrive in dynamic settings, there’s nothing to criticize.

I have loved working at R-Square particularly due to the work culture and career development oppurtunities. Due to it being a startup, I was able to experience a lot of different functions as opposed to just being stuck in one role. Additionally, even as a younger company, R square directly competes with larger firms in the industry and predominantly only works with Fortune 500 clients. The exposure to clients across industries really helped me to develop my client management skills.

The only downside for R square was their compensation/benefits particularly at the start of my employment (During the start up phase). Although this was the case, overtime the company has significantly scaled its compensation to be more than fair. As the company has grown, compensation for all employees has been scaled with it which is rare to see at a lot of larger firms.
