Coupled with a huge reliance on tribal knowledge, the majority of employees are now new, leading to increasing customer confusion/dissatisfaction due to the noticeable drop in service/quality. -Pay is not competitive -Frequently losing/settling lawsuits due to the way HR/management treats employees -Many locations closed/closing
