Lunch breaks, or any breaks for that fact, are nonexistent, no matter how long your day is. The office pays for your lunch, but the expectation is that you will work through your lunch. The partners are very inexperienced in the area of management. The office ran better when the original owner was there. The turnover rate is very high.
