Pros
There are some nice people which work there. Temperature control means you don't sweat your butt off. Don't need to wear safety glasses, or safety shoe which is common in most manufactures. Some of the girls are nice to look at.
Kontras
Very unorganized. Don't want to spend money on simple items. A penny wise and a pound foolish. They are 90% reactive, 10% proactive. Management is largely unfair to new people, but people been there a long time seem to get a pass on most things. MOST Maintenance people are not truly like normal maintenance. The are "maintenance" but they are setup people, and do that job of what normally done by production people. If your a highly skill maintenance guy, this is not the place for you. They will smile to your face, and treat you like an idiot.
