Pros
The initial hourly pay was fair and the potential for commission was exciting to learn about. Unfortunately overtime you discover this is will take forever to chino matter how hard you work for it. Management at the time was amazing they are no longer there now. Extremely supportive due to those specific people but once they were gone the atmosphere was toxic and circling the drain
Kontras
Health benefits are HORRIBLE. I have my family and when you sign up for health insurance for you and your family you pay $20k annually that’s just to have the card in your wallet. When you question this they give vague answers regarding your coverage. The goal is set in place to achieve commission within your role. You have to reach a threshold before payout. It’s a threshold that takes almost 3 years to achieve so if you’re working and paying for benefits for your family and it takes almost 3 years to achieve your goal for commission, you come home with a deficit and don’t make enough money to make ends meet. Upper management does not care for you as an individual or they care for is what you do for their bottom line.
