HR department is lacking - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei R.H. Sheppard Co.: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Human Resources was a joke. No one in the HR department or upper management cares about the employees. Rules were made randomly to accommodate the situation that day. The employee handbook I was given in 2024 was last updated in 2015. Most of the information was no longer valid or had completely changed. Any changes to rules, regulations or any communication at all was delivered verbally by the team lead. Never anything in writing.
