TOXIC culture, poor upper management (across the board from creative to production to client services). They sell you in with false hope then throw you to the wolves. Really just impossible to be set up for success at this company - no training or onboarding. I left a thriving consulting practice to go FT at R/GA and massively regretted it. If you’re considering R/GA you are MUCH better off doing so as freelance and then getting the hell out.
