-CEO isn’t ready to let go in areas he needs to step back -there’s zero structure -zero chain of command and accountability -total lack of communication and transparency -continue to hire for AE role or higher but everyone is a BDR -prospecting isn’t even targeted, it’s a modern day version of calling through the phone book -zero marketing (even website is outdated) -refuse to spend money on booths at tradeshows or even attending to network -ZERO inbound lead flow and support -incredibly unrealistic quotas -no 401K and weak benefits -you WILL get texts and calls late at night and on weekends from the CEO.

Even as a startup, QuoteToMe realizes how far they need to go and are really willing to listen to their employees to figure out how to get there. I always felt like my input was valued and my contribution appreciated. The work is fun, the people are great, and there is a real sense of pride in everything.

Compensation package doesn't compete with bigger shops and there's always a risk with startups. But even then, as far as startups go, the comp is pretty good and they seem to have a great product with a lot of demand so the risk feels relatively low.
