Business is real and lacks usual bureaucratic or autocratic limitations that businesses of the same size usually face. Senior leadership team invest back into the business which is nice. If you've got good ideas and want to contribute to the vision, then management will listen. Great products too, very impressed with the quality of engineering with the product lines and the technical capability to shift good volume without sacrificing anything for brevity.

Because of the type of business it is, you need to be upfront and speak your mind if you are concerned or have any ideas. The business moves quickly, so you need to be engaged and present as everything moves with momentum.

Money was good and was a fun place to work

management was poor, very much ‘if your face fits’ kind of place. No other benefits, holiday allowance was rubbish at 20 days (this would be ok but you have to save 3/4 days for Christmas shut down)
