Hire at inflated rates, then slap on vague "market corrections" with 0% raises for most employees. Quarterly layoffs treat everyone like criminals, regardless of performance – entire teams or top performers axed in one call. Fake managers and poor leadership create a toxic environment; I've seen people crying in the bays every quarter. Worst company in my 7-8 years of corporate experience – don't fall for HR-forced positive reviews.
