Nice close knit little "family" of very agreeable and skilled individuals, If you're a beleaguered parent from a disney film or hallmark special who would "blow off a meeting" to take their kid to their recital; or if you're a fresh grad who wants to "get wasted" with your buddies every night, this is NOT the place for you. Anyone seeking a key role in Account Management, Development, Operations and Support should be prepared to respond to off hours emergencies. As stated earlier; close knit group of highly competent folks; your coworkers and managers will be responding to these issues swiftly and decisively, if you're not prepared to do the same, don't bother.
