Only after a few months, I have quickly become an asset for the company, resolving many issues and contributing to many improvements. In return, I received the recognition I deserved and was able to work under little to no supervision

No recognition for any seniority. Management is unable to resolve any internal conflicts, I was laid off without any explanation except:
-Warnings about how I was providing poor customer service (not true).
-My manager sided with the new hire and accused me for things that I was not guilty of
