      The team spirit is the key asset of the company. There is a lot of trust, appreciation and collegiality in the team. Honest communication between employees and towards managers and CEOs is always possible. Everyone is keen on delivering great products to the customers.

      Kontras

      Workload can be relatively high, especially if being needed on multiple projects at once.

You’re right - with a relatively small team, everyone sometimes works across multiple projects, but we see this as a chance to learn and grow together while keeping a close eye on individual workload and comfort.

      Pros

      - Flexible Arbeitszeiten und -ort (Fernarbeit). - Möglichkeit, alle Phasen der medizinischen und nicht-medizinischen Softwareentwicklung kennenzulernen. - Äußerst freundliches Arbeitsumfeld; hier glänzt das Unternehmen wirklich (Teamevents, Jahresausflug, tägliche Fikas). Man fühlt sich, als würde man mit einer Gruppe von Freunden statt nur mit Kollegen arbeiten.

      Als Werkstudent sind mir bisher keine Nachteile aufgefallen.

      * Very flexible in work times and location * New technologies * Really good team spirit * Nice team events

      Kontras

      * Could be more focused on knowledge transfer and the coaching of newcomers (It is already happening but could be more)

      Thank you for your feedback - we value it a lot! We've implemented a new onbaording process to help newcomers get started and provide them with all the info they need.
