The paycheck does barely pay the bills. There is no flexible work schedule unless you are a sales person or management. Holidays are not paid. There are 'office policies and procedures' that are outdated a few years and are not being followed through anyway. Employees are being treated like 'lesser beings' at times by management.

No appreciation for what you do and no raises unless you beg for them. Cheap benefits and costs are deducted from your paycheck without prior notice. Lost customer first focus and only focus on making more money.
