Pros

Friendly and open-minded culture where collaboration is highly emphasised across teams and nationalities. Great leaders passionate about what they do. Colleagues are warm, curious and look out for each other. Regular events for team building and socials like celebrating its Danish-roots/ themed Friday bars make work a lot more enjoyable!

Kontras

As a software company where the product and service is entirely online, it could have lengthier remote working opportunities - especially in this post-pandemic era. Queue-it has an office-first policy and officially only 2 weeks of remote working available, which is a little sad for a technology company.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, we appreciate you highlighting our open office environment and international headquarters. We understand that downtown parking can be a challenge. To help with this, we do offer a parking stipend that covers most of the cost, though it does involve about a three-block walk from the office. We also provide a flexible hybrid work model, with three days in the office and two days remote each week, to support work-life balance. We’re continuously working to improve the employee experience, including providing clearer paths for career growth and development opportunities.
