Performance is measured by manager rather than TL or immediate reporting manager. 5. Nothing to learn for experience people 6. Any time they call people and fire them 7. No job security 8. No policy for employee 9. you have a stretch yourself to prove you are a good employee ( even if you dnt have any knowledge) 10. QA's are stupid because lots of bugs reported by client every day 11. Very narrow minded people are there who will always pull your leg and stop you to doing something good for company. 12. in last year I have seen lotz of people are fired on a singe day ( Managers, lead, employess) 13. you can not think to buy life assets being here THINK THOUSAND TIME BEFORE JOINING
