Ok pay if you have a decent account set.

Kontras

Spread quotas. The rich get richer and the underperforming territories never have a chance. No one really knows what's going on. There's a lot of assuming language (should, believe, might, etc.). There's no clear assignment on what accounts can and cannot be worked.

Quest is a strong environment if you enjoy solving complex technical problems, working with experienced teams, and helping customers address real business and security challenges. The company has a deep portfolio, talented employees, and many opportunities to collaborate across sales, presales, product management, engineering, and customer-facing teams. I also appreciate the flexibility, the trust given to senior employees, and the ability to contribute strategically beyond a narrow job description.

Like many large technology organizations, processes can sometimes be complex, and internal alignment across teams may take time. There are also opportunities to improve enablement, communication, and consistency around product packaging, roadmap visibility, and internal workflows.
