I’ve had the opportunity to be part of this organization through multiple phases of growth, change, and transformation. One of the things I value most is the culture. I’ve appreciated the organization’s continued investment in these programs and in creating an environment where employees feel supported, heard, and valued. One of the most rewarding parts of my experience has been watching people grow their careers over time, whether that’s taking on new opportunities, moving into leadership roles, or exploring entirely new paths within the organization. After nearly a decade with the organization, I still believe its greatest strength is its people, culture, and commitment to continuous growth and improvement.
