New executive team is a complete mess. The whole pitch by the CEO and CRO was the fixes would be easy and quick. Their plan was to replace tenured employees and sales reps with their buddies that took orders at EMC or whatever other hardware company they came from which in turn would lead to quick wins. This is not the case - they've lost significant institutional knowledge, overspent on overstuffed leadership team, misdirected their focus, and overloaded reps with impossible to reach quotas. Quest has great customers and I fear the new set up will be worse for them than the previous compliance focus.
