Quarry is committed to employees living/working almost anywhere and we have to work extra hard at maintaining connections and ensuring communication is clear. + Deeply analytical culture that will dig until the most perfect solution is uncovered. This can be good too, but needs to be balanced with speed to market and confidence with degrees of uncertainty. Oftentimes, an 80% solution earlier is better than a 100% solution later.

Fairly flexible schedule/work from home options when needed. Competitive junior and mid-level salaries. A lot of smart people.

Canadian-based agency, currently with no US employees; only a US billing address. An absence of leadership and focus from the senior management team results in deficient/no strategy (or follow-through) for organizational growth. Senior management is blind to the mounting disengagement by the majority of employees, resulting in a toxic culture build-up. In addition, continued lack of billable work by a large senior team questions the sustainability of the organization.
