The departments work together to understand each others jobs and responsibilities so we can do our best for current and potential clients. If you have an idea that can benefit the company, you can present it and develop it from start to finish. It's all in your approach and work ethic. There is also room for advancement and the freedom to learn for those who want to acquire additional skills. The office is like a group of friends doing what they enjoy.

Just like any group, we have our ups and downs. There can be personality clashes and small issues here and there. Most of my complaints against this company when I started have been address and fixed or they are currently being fixed. Regardless of these things, nothing has brought this company to a grinding halt.
