No one cares what you do. Employees are allowed to do anything on social media, sleep, whatever goes. Profanities are the norm. Micromanagement is the norm as well. Software is archaic and processes are equated to a report being run. Leadership at Bishop Lane location isn't leadership, it's juvenile.
