- difficult to get a full bonus, high target and difficult market situation - small market share, hence has to fight to get your name on the door - need a better culture fit selection process, however most people are nice to work with - for the last 2 years, the top leadership is questionable. In one year, they pushed platform out (ask everyone to sell platform), and on the second, asked everyone to stop selling platform and back to managed service. Very inconsistent and not properly thought. As sales team, this is the worst case to not having a consistent strategy/communication - lately it has been lacking innovation and couldn't keep up with competitors such as Tradedesk
