Mediocre work environment. Lack of Direction - Industrial Engineer bei Quanta Computer: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I was the only industrial engineer and reported to the facilities manager along with the automation engineers. The cons was our manager was always busy with his own projects and didn't have time to work with us. I was given no proper training and was often left with no direction. I felt like I have achieved almost nothing the time I was employed here. I only learned how to reach out to vendors to request quotes and services.
