Oppressive micro-management: The founders regularly intervene without notice to impose tasks that are not aligned with the directives of direct managers, leading to confusion and inefficiency. Inexperienced management: The managerial team severely lacks experience, and there is a noticeable absence of senior technical profiles. Employees with prior work experience quickly realize it’s best to leave. As a result, some projects suffer from massive technical debt. A culture of presenteeism: The company enforces a blatant double standard. Employee tardiness is systematically criticized and held against them, but overtime hours are neither acknowledged nor compensated. We are told that this “is part of the mission.”
