Pros
Enjoyed working with some co workers, both at terminal, corporate and drivers. Benefits ok, health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, but there are a lot of out of pocket cost. I would recommend only to somebody unemployed that was in need of income.

Poor work life balance for terminal associates that are managers. Company has an after hours department (Extended Services), that comes in after 4 p.m. I was woken up several times after midnight almost every week with calls of little importance. Weekend calls on Saturday and Sunday are the norm almost every weekend when your not working at the terminal. Work/life balance was effecting my health as this was one of the reasons I decided to leave and it was becoming overwhelming for me.
Training can be a lot better. Hard to find answers, when you ask there are a lot of ums, I dont know, and ask different people?
There are terminals where managers wear many hats, dispatch, driver manager, equipment, etc.. Career opportunities vary on location.
