The company has a great product that I believe can make a real impact in the construction industry.

The senior leadership is difficult to work with and they have very little empathy or willingness to support when people are struggling. The onboarding is chaotic and does not set you up for success. And when expressing the unreasonable amount of work- the response was always that I should prioritise. When I did prioritise- I was reprimanded for letting those non-priorities 'drop'. Also terrible commission structure- which demotivates teams instead of encouraging behaviour that benefits the company strategy

An amazing team that truly makes you feel like you belong Genuine diversity and inclusion that feels effortless and authentic, without the need for performative gestures A culture that is positive, supportive, and encourages progression Hard work is recognised and rewarded, making you feel truly valued as an employee A company that actually cares about its people and fosters an environment where you can thrive Would I recommend it? Without a doubt.
