Pros

Nope. Nothing. There is not anything redeeming about this job except for it being a form of income that will go towards a living wage but will also fall very short.

Kontras

Terrible pay. Absolutely horrible health coverage that is the barest of bare minimum for compliance with the Affordable health care act. A continually insulting, condescending and infuriating insistence that qualfon "cares about it's people" while also not paying anything close to a living wage and overcharging for substandard health insurance. Really it's not that different from any other utterly ruthless, morally bankrupt hive of greed and villainy that make up a vast majority of global corporations.

Pros

Pay was good. Training was comprehensive and the trainers were amazing

Kontras

Call center job so you will be swarmed with calls. Weird shifts. Management is annoying about time management. Being late 1-2 minutes gives you points and with enough points you get fired. Pay is around 20-21 Would only do this to gain experience or if I am on my last choice Weird hours
