Pros

Provide good salary and hike annually but work pressure is very very high.

Overload of work, Management is very bad and if you leave the organisation with in 15 days, All HR behave is very bad and don't even pay for your 12-15 days. Even if you go for washroom you have to tell them going for bio break. How someone can work in such tupe of organization.

Pros

Pay was good. Training was comprehensive and the trainers were amazing

Call center job so you will be swarmed with calls. Weird shifts. Management is annoying about time management. Being late 1-2 minutes gives you points and with enough points you get fired. Pay is around 20-21 Would only do this to gain experience or if I am on my last choice Weird hours
